When holidays like Valentine’s Day are right around the corner, we love planning dishes that feel special and elevated to celebrate our loved ones. If you’re anything like us, this recipe is for you. Spruce up the expected chocolate-covered strawberry with our simple Valentine’s Day strawberry sweet treat.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips for drizzling, optional
Directions:
- Cut off the tops of the strawberries. Use a paring knife or mini melon scooper to remove the centers of the strawberries.

2. Using a hand or stand mixer, blend together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Put the cream cheese mixture into a ziploc bag and snip off a corner. Pipe a dollop of the cream cheese mixture into the middle of each strawberry. If you have a small star tip to use for piping it will look even prettier!

4. Put the semi sweet chips in a small deep bowl to melt. This will work best for dipping. Melt the chips in the microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring between each interval.
5. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate, shake gently for a few seconds to remove any excess chocolate, and place on the parchment paper.

6. If using the white chocolate garnish, melt the white chips in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate into a small plastic sandwich bag. Cut off a tiny corner and drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries.
7. Place the strawberries in the fridge to chill for at least ten minutes for the chocolate to set up. Once it sets, the strawberries should easily come right off the paper! Keep chilled until ready to serve. Best if served within a few hours of making.

We hope you enjoy making and sharing these strawberry treats with the people you love!
With Love,
