Whether it’s game day, family movie night, or just a Tuesday that needs a little sparkle, hawaiian roll cheeseburger sliders are the answer. We love a good hand-held meal around here, and these bite-sized burgers pack all the classic cheeseburger flavors you adore—on soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls that will have everyone reaching for seconds (and thirds!). So, grab your ingredients and fire up the oven because these hawaiian roll sliders are easy, delicious, and Twins at the Table-approved!
This recipe is so quick and easy and is perfect for sharing. PLUS it is 100% kid and grown up approved! Soft rolls, melted cheese, juicy beef… what’s not to love?

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (12-pack) of Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, American, Swiss—you pick!)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling (optional but fun!)

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Press the beef mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- While the beef is baking, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Set the tops aside.
- Once the meat is done, carefully lift it out (we use two spatulas for this trick!) and place it onto the bottom half of the rolls.
- Top with 6 slices of your favorite cheese, making sure to cover all those delicious nooks and crannies.
- Set the top half of the rolls back over the cheese layer.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds for that classic burger bun look.
- Place the whole assembled slider loaf on a baking sheet and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the bread is a bit toasted.
- Slice into 12 sliders and serve them up warm. Warning: they disappear fast!

Twin Tip:
- Make it your own: Add bacon, pickles, or even a little BBQ sauce between the beef and cheese!
- Swap the cheese: We love cheddar, but pepper jack adds a little kick!
- No spatulas? Let the meat cool just a bit, then slide a cutting board underneath to lift it out in one piece.

These hawaiian roll sliders are the definition of comfort food. Simple, savory, and satisfying—and just the right size for little hands (or big appetites!). They’re the perfect addition to a game day spread, potluck or just an easy weeknight meal. We can’t wait for you to try them out.
Happy Cooking!
